Professional details:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Zvi Feferberg graduated with a LLB degree from the The University of Tel-Aviv, Faculty of Law in 1996. He was further authorized as a Legal Mediator by the Center of Commercial Law at Bar-Ilan University.<\/span><\/p>\n The Israeli Ministry of Justice has certified Mr. Feferberg as a Certified Notary, i<\/span>ncluding English-Hebrew translations, and assists clients to apply for an apostilIe for the verification of legal documents.<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Feferberg began his legal career as an apprentice at the Law Offices of Michael Badnani, where he practiced in civil and commercial law, as well as torts, insurance law, and a variety of other fields of law.<\/span><\/p>\n Over the years Mr. Feferberg has gained legal experience in various legal fields such as: real estate, banking law, trust and estate law, debt collection, judgment execution, family law and corporate law and was appointed as a company liquidator as well as a court appointed receiver.<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Feferberg was an equity partner at the Law Offices of Berner & Co. for several years.<\/span><\/p>\n Today Mr. Feferberg is primarily involved in international debt collection (both in Israel and abroad), civil and commercial court litigation, family and inheritance law, real estate, land and other property matters and business, international computer and technology law, as well as Maritime Law (Admiralty Law) and representation of ships creditors (suppliers, sailors etc.), advising upon property transactions within Israel, and international transactions relating to oil\/energy products, and real estate transactions and investments including mortgages in the Unites States, and U.S. visa and green card applications .<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Feferberg has been recognized and appointed as an arbitrator in commercial and civil disputes, including real estate and land law matters.<\/span><\/p>\n A<\/span>n\u00a0<\/span>Active arbitrator and mediator in the The Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (IICA) – by the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and the\u00a0<\/span>Arbitration Institute of the Israeli Bar\u00a0association<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Feferberg has given lectures and written articles on computer law and internet applications for lawyers and legal research.<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Feferberg serves as a member of the inheritance & Estate laws Board and the Computers law Board for the Israeli Bar.<\/span><\/p>\n Personal Mathematics-Physics-Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n Recruited to the IDF for military service in 1988, authorized as a telecommunication and computer technician and served as a member of a Tactical
